After our over night flight where some of the boys and staff managed to catch some sleep, it was no rest for the wicked as the B+C team were whisked off to do some training at the impressive 7s ground and the A team had the more daunting prospect of their first fixture in the middle of the desert vs New Hall at the impressive Vision CC cricket ground. What awaited them was really an impressive set up with 5 fully stocked ovals all with flood lights and the boys were excited to be playing under lights. Further details of the match can be found in the fixture itself, but it was the perfect opportunity for the boys to dust off the cobwebs and get a good performance under their belts and experience something that very few cricketers do in England and play under lights. Quite a well earned rest for all boys and staff upon return.
